Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation and use of all services at the Kent Street, Panorama Terrace & Marina Apartments.
Please read our terms before making a booking. If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Cancellations
20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remainder is then due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
Should the booking be cancelled outside of 30 days a full refund is provided. If the booking is cancelled within 30 – 15 days of the booking a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 15 days of the booking a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Maximum Occupancy
Two bedroom apartments: 4 people
Three bedroom apartments: 6 people
