We invite you to stay at our deluxe apartment on Kent Street located a few steps from the Queenstown Hill Recreation Reserve. If you and your guests wish to walk from the apartment to town we like to recommend taking a cab back. The hill is not always for the faint-of-heart.

Kent Street Apartments feature full modern kitchens with a lounge area, gas fireplace and dining room with seating for up to six, making it perfect for families, small groups and couples too. The luxurious master bedroom has an in ensuite bathroom and king bed, while the second bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to twin-single beds as well. The second bathroom services the living area and second bedroom, featuring modern finishes.

Apartment Occupancy

Maximum occupancy for a two bedroom apartment is 4 people regardless of age unless additional persons are infants under two years or otherwise agreed in which case the ‘additional person charge’ is applied. The ‘additional person charge’ is $75 including GST per night.

Cancellation Policy

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.


For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date the first night will be charged.

For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date or arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.

For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.

Reservations made through third party websites and travel agents are subject to Element Escapes Cancellation policies.

Kent Street Apartments are conveniently located just a 2 minute drive from Queenstown centre and a 15 minute drive from Queenstown Airport. The location features elevated views of the surrounding mountains, lake Wakatipu and Queenstown city centre. The local ski slopes, Coronet Ski Field and Remarkables Ski Field, are within a 15 minute drive from the Kent Street Apartments and multiple walking trails can be found just outside the door for adventure, linking up with multiple bike and horse trails.
