The apartment comprises of generously sized open plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor balcony / patio with outside furniture, full laundry facilities and free basement parking. For your comfort the apartment has Sky, a flat screen TV in both the living area and the main bedroom, gas fireplace, heat pump / air conditioning, wall heaters in each bedroom and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. With ideal views and close proximity to town, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The complex is perfectly situated, a 2 minute drive or a 500 metre walk to the heart of Queenstown, the apartment is located on the hillside so walking back up to the apartment after a fun filled day of exploring may be a bit challenging, a short taxi ride back to your apartment may be a better option. So you’ll be close enough to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment.

Apartment Occupancy

Maximum occupancy for a two bedroom apartment is 4 people regardless of age unless additional persons are infants under two years or otherwise agreed in which case the ‘additional person charge’ is applied. The ‘additional person charge’ is $75 including GST per night.

Cancellation Policy

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.


For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date the first night will be charged.

For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date or arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.

For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.

Reservations made through third party websites and travel agents are subject to Element Escapes Cancellation policies.
